FUEGO LT is ZAION V carbon-fiber body, not a nylon-based plastic that you see in other manufacturers’ reels at this price-point. The new FUEGO stands alone in the marketplace at this price. You also get some weight reduction (3%-5%) as a result of this material design change. Fuego also uses an AIRDRIVE ROTOR that reduces quite a bit of weight. Daiwa also incorporated a solid AIRDRIVE BAIL versus a tubular design. The reason for that is the metal we’re using is very strong, rigid, and doesn’t bend—yet, it’s thinner and lighter. Our goal was to reduce the weight of the rotation, which reduces the weight of the reel as well. It also makes it easier to turn the handle.
Daiwa’s innovative bail design features a hollow tubular stainless steel bail that delivers maximum rigidity and strength with minimum weight. Featuring a smooth protrusion-free design and construction line easily slides unencumbered along the Air Bail towards the line roller for trouble free line control.
Lighter, stronger and more balanced than any rotor system that’s come before, ‘Air Rotor’ delivers a great leap forward in rotor design and function and delivers the ultimate line roller support. Made from Zaion and featuring a redesigned arch that disperses pressure to the lower section of the rotor to reduce stressing and flexing, the design is further enhanced with a hollowed out construction reducing weight, while increasing reel sensitivity and rotational balance.
Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.
A further evolution of its predecessor Digigear, Tough Digigear is our brand new digitally designed, machine cut gearing system that ensures ultimate gear precision, rotational smoothness, and strength.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase. Some carriers do not pick up on weekends.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Primary Carriers: USPS (small parcels), UPS and FedEx (larger parcels), DHL (international or special cases).
Standard Service: USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $20 and over (before tax).
Some oversized or specialty items — such as fishing rods, kayaks, nets, gaffs, flounder gigs, flounder lights, and batteries — may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to increased handling and carrier costs.
Shipping rates for other items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.
7. Damaged Items
