The SuperDuty 300 is truly the ultimate reel for big bait, heavy line, big fish situations around the country and around the world. You spoke, we listened. The SuperDuty 300 is a supersized version of the original SuperDuty, with increased line capacity and overall brute strength. The 300 was made for fishing 8-10” swimbaits for double-digit bass, topwater fishing for Yellowtail off the coast of California, and targeting Muskie; the fish of 10,000 cast. The search for a reel that can withstand the hardest fighting freshwater fish in the world is over.

We ship orders both within the United States and internationally. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you promptly to arrange alternatives or issue a refund.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase. Some carriers do not pick up on weekends.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Primary Carriers: USPS (small parcels), UPS and FedEx (larger parcels), DHL (international or special cases).
Standard Service: USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $20 and over (before tax).
Some oversized or specialty items — such as fishing rods, kayaks, nets, gaffs, flounder gigs, flounder lights, and batteries — may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to increased handling and carrier costs.
Shipping rates for other items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.
