The Free Bird
Freedom Meets Firepower.
Named after the aircraft that brings soldiers home, The Free Bird is a symbol of precision, control, and trust under pressure. It’s the ride back after the job’s been done—the kind of tool you depend on when things need to go right, the first time.
At 6'5", this medium power, fast action rod is built for clean shots and tight work. It’s tuned to launch topwaters, Corkies, and suspending baits with surgical accuracy—especially when working close to docks, navigating heavy cover, or tracking pressured bass in tight lanes.
Short. Sharp. Unshakable. The Free Bird loads quick, recovers faster, and responds instantly. American carbon fiber. Hand-wrapped. Built not just to perform, but to bring you back in one piece.
Some rods are weapons. This one’s your way home.

The Hassle
6' 5"
The Hassle. Quiet Operator. No Flash. Just Results.
In military slang, a hassle is close-range conflict. No grand strategy. No heavy artillery. Just control under pressure. That’s exactly what this rod delivers.
At 6'5", the Hassle is a tight, responsive medium light build with a fast action and a touch of softness up top. It’s quick to load, deliberate through the midsection, and never overstays its welcome. In other words: it does the job clean.
This is the finesse rod that doesn’t flinch. Perfect for soft plastics, sure—but capable of handling any task that requires touch, feel, and control in a condensed frame. It’s hand-built on American carbon fiber with Sarge’s signature precision—built not to impress, but to perform.
No flash. No ego. Just the rod that answers the question: “What do you throw plastics on?” The Hassle. Every time.
Line 6-12 lbs, Lure: 1/16-1/2 oz
6' 8"
The Hassle. Extended Reach. Same Discipline.
The 6'8" Hassle takes everything that makes the 6'5" version deadly accurate—and gives it a little more line control, range, and sweep. Medium light power meets a moderate-fast action in a rod that bends clean and loads smoothly, without ever feeling soft.
It’s built for the angler who needs to adjust on the water—not by switching rods, but by trusting the one in their hand. Whether you’re dragging plastics, twitching through current, or working baits slow and deliberate, the 6'8" Hassle stays in rhythm.
No drama. No gimmicks. Just American carbon fiber, hand-built precision, and field-tested restraint. The Hassle may sound like a problem. But out here, it’s the solution.

The CHAOS
6' 5"
Commander Has Arrived On Scene.
At 6'5", the C.H.A.O.S. enters the fray with medium light power and a fast-to-extra fast action that flips the switch from finesse to fight in a split second. There’s a light whip feel right at the tip—but the handoff to backbone is immediate. Fast transitions. Clean hits. No overcorrection.
Built for the unpredictable, this rod thrives when things get wild—schooling fish, stacked bait, wind-blown pockets—and you still need to operate with precision. It’s responsive. It’s explosive. But it’s never out of control.
C.H.A.O.S. stands for Commander Has Arrived On Scene—because that’s what this rod is. A tactical tool built to bring order to chaos. American carbon fiber. Hand-built by Sarge. No panic. No drift. Just hard, fast answers when conditions change without warning.
Line: 6-12 lbs, Lure: 1/8 - 1/2 oz
6' 8"
Commander Has Arrived On Scene.
At 6'8", the C.H.A.O.S. brings a longer reach to the same high-alert performance profile. Medium light power. Fast-to-extra fast action. A responsive tip that loads quick and transfers power instantly, giving you full control in moments that don’t give you time to think twice.
This isn’t a finesse rod for quiet water—it’s for those high-tension, high-stakes situations where precision must meet aggression. Soft plastics, twitch baits, anything where sharp control makes the difference. This rod holds the line, even when everything else is flying apart.
C.H.A.O.S. isn’t just a name—it’s a mission statement. Commander Has Arrived On Scene. And in this case, the commander’s calm, fast, and two steps ahead. Built from American carbon fiber. Finished by hand. When you need order, you send for C.H.A.O.S.

The Priest
In military slang, a priest is a combat weapon—designed to deliver swift, blunt force when it's time to finish the job. In our lineup, The Priest serves a similar role: clean, precise, and trusted when it matters most.
Built on the proven SGT843 blank—the same foundation as the MOAR Medium Light—this 6'6" rod delivers true medium light power with a fast action that’s crisp and calculated. It’s versatile enough to handle finesse plastics, smaller topwaters, and just about anything else that demands touch without sacrificing speed.
The Priest loads quick and casts clean. It’s responsive in hand, confident under pressure, and engineered to bridge the gap between sensitivity and authority. Balanced, American-made carbon fiber. Hand-wrapped, one at a time, with Sarge’s eye on every detail.
For many anglers, The Priest is their first Sarge. And for good reason—it earns trust from cast one, and keeps delivering long after. One tool. No compromise. Mission ready.

The Boss
6' 6"
The 6'6" Boss is the battlefield lieutenant—fast on the draw, precise in tight spaces, and brutally efficient. It’s the shortest of the bunch, but don’t confuse that for small. With a medium power and extra fast action, this rod is all about immediate response and tight quarters control.
It shines in situations that demand finesse without softness—perfect when you need quick decisions, accurate placement, and a rod that doesn't lag behind your instincts.
American carbon fiber from tip to butt. Hand-built by Sarge with no wasted motion. This Boss may be compact, but it still calls the shots.
Line: 10 - 20 lbs, Lure: 1/4 - 1 oz
6' 9"
Some leaders don’t need to be the biggest in the room—they just need to move quicker, hit cleaner, and stay sharp under fire. That’s the 6'9" Boss.
This rod brings the same explosive extra fast action and mid-tier power as its longer counterparts, but in a more compact, agile frame. Ideal when space is tight, targets are moving, or you just want more control at close-to-mid range.
It’s got the speed, sensitivity, and authority to punch above its size—and the build quality to back it up. Handcrafted from American carbon fiber, this one’s lean, mean, and always locked in.
Line: 10 - 20 lbs, Lure: 1/4 - 1 oz
7' 0"
Every platoon has a Boss who doesn’t need stripes to run the show. That’s this rod—7 feet of balance, strength, and readiness. Built with a power curve that ranges from medium to medium heavy depending on the load, it’s as versatile as they come—without ever losing that signature extra fast action.
Responsive in the hand, deadly at the hookset, and capable of adapting mid-mission, the 7'0" Boss handles just about anything you throw its way. Spinnerbaits, Fatboys, broken-backs, topwaters—you name it, this one’s likely rigged for it.
It’s the definition of a mainstay. American carbon fiber. Hand-wrapped. Ready for orders.
Line: 10 - 20 lbs, Lure: 1/4 - 1 oz
7' 3"
In the military, The Boss is the field-grade officer—the one who commands respect not by shouting, but by moving with certainty. The 7'3" Boss is that rod. The longest, heaviest, and most commanding version in the lineup, it’s built for control at range and dominance under pressure.
Medium heavy power paired with an extra fast action means you’re getting raw leverage with split-second response. Casts go farther, hooksets go deeper, and retrieves stay tight. Whether you’re covering water, launching hard baits, or managing bigger live bait loads, this rod won’t flinch.
Finished with American-made carbon fiber and built by hand, the 7'3" Boss isn’t for finesse—it’s for those who like to lead from the front.
Line: 10 - 20 lbs, Lure: 1/4 - 1 oz
The M.O.A.R.
Medium Light
6' 9"
The 6'9" MOAR is compact, responsive, and relentlessly capable. Built on the same American-made SGT843 blank as The Priest, it offers medium light power with a fast backbone—made to adjust on the fly and hold the line when conditions change.
It’s shorter by design, giving you quicker load, tighter control, and clean power in close quarters. Perfect when the day throws everything at you—structure, wind, finicky bites—and you need one rod to make it all work.
MOAR stands for Mother of All Rods, and this length makes its case. It’s the rod you keep rigged. The one that earns trust cast after cast. Hand-built by Sarge with combat-grade carbon fiber and no wasted detail. It’s not just versatile. It’s the field standard.
Line 8-14 lbs, Lure: 1/4 - 1/2 oz
7' 0"
Field Standard. Full-Length Utility. No Dead Water.
At 7 feet, the MOAR Medium Light steps into true command range. Same fast-action SGT843 blank. Same bulletproof build. But with added length to cover more water and control more line—without ever losing its crisp responsiveness.
This is the rod that shows up on every deck and does the work of three. Finesse when needed, strength when pressed, and the kind of hand-to-fish feedback that’s made this blank the backbone of the Sarge lineup.
MOAR isn’t just a clever acronym—it’s the Mother of All Rods. A platform that set the tone for everything we’ve built since. American carbon fiber. Hand-wrapped with precision. A full-range operator built to last and bred for trust.
