The universal mounting system fits a large cross section of aftermarket load bars (round, square and oval) as well as most factory systems. Also includes two lengths of mounting bolts to achieve the best rack installation. Comes with cam style load straps, bow & stern safety tie-downs and SUP foam pads. Product workmanship and material performance is guaranteed with our Lifetime Limited Warranty.

- Always refer to Malone’s Fit Guide for proper, correct and approved vehicle fit.
- Bow and stern safety tie-downs are required for all Malone rooftop transport(s). Failure to correctly install and use safety tie-down lines voids all warranty and liability.
- Carefully review instructions and register your warranty prior to first time use.
- Malone carriers come with two lengths of mounting bolts in order to achieve the best cross bar fit. Retain unused bolts for future use with different cross bars.
- The carrier base has a rectangular "cutout" for square cross bar fit. The "cutout" will not affect the fit or function when installed to round or oval cross bars.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase. Some carriers do not pick up on weekends.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Primary Carriers: USPS (small parcels), UPS and FedEx (larger parcels), DHL (international or special cases).
Standard Service: USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.
Expedited Service: Available by request — please email info@linecutterz.com or call 512-900-0137 before placing your order.
4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $20 and over (before tax).
Some oversized or specialty items — such as fishing rods, kayaks, nets, gaffs, flounder gigs, flounder lights, and batteries — may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to increased handling and carrier costs.
Shipping rates for other items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.
We will evaluate damage claims case by case and may request photos to expedite the process.
