PrimaLoft® Cross Core™ Insulation Series fuses existing PrimaLoft insulation fibers with Aerogel, a NASA-developed technology known for being one of the best insulators on the planet. Comprised of more than 95% air, Aerogel is a highly porous, lightweight structure that has an incredible thermal barrier. By utilizing this technology, the Apex Jacket can achieve unprecedented levels of lightweight warmth. Rest assured the Apex Jacket is loaded with the same Sureflote® Flotation Assist Technology as all other Striker® ice fishing suits. If traveling to and from your fishing spot means firing up the sled or ATV, the 3-point adjustable hood and reflective elements throughout are critical design elements that keep you safe and protected.

We ship orders both within the United States and internationally. Availability of shipping to certain countries or regions may vary based on carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or other factors. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you promptly to arrange alternatives or issue a refund.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase. Some carriers do not pick up on weekends.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Primary Carriers: USPS (small parcels), UPS and FedEx (larger parcels), DHL (international or special cases).
Standard Service: USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.
Expedited Service: Available by request — please email info@linecutterz.com or call 512-900-0137 before placing your order.
4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $20 and over (before tax).
Some oversized or specialty items — such as fishing rods, kayaks, nets, gaffs, flounder gigs, flounder lights, and batteries — may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to increased handling and carrier costs.
Shipping rates for other items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.
We will evaluate damage claims case by case and may request photos to expedite the process.
