The Saltist Back Bay LT Reel employs our revolutionary HARDBODYZ design- utilizing an aluminum metal alloy, giving maximum strength and minimizing weight. These design features combine to create one of the lightest, strongest reels on the saltwater market. The Magsealed main shaft employ a magnetic oil that repels intrusion from salt water without compromising performance. 2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase. Some carriers do not pick up on weekends.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Primary Carriers: USPS (small parcels), UPS and FedEx (larger parcels), DHL (international or special cases).
Standard Service: USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $20 and over (before tax).
Some oversized or specialty items — such as fishing rods, kayaks, nets, gaffs, flounder gigs, flounder lights, and batteries — may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to increased handling and carrier costs.
Shipping rates for other items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.
